From 2014 to 2015, two 1200L double layer preheating kneaders, one cooler and auxiliary conveyor belt were installed and commissioned in Pakistan. This is the first time that HWAPENG has tried to undertake the whole package service of large foreign projects. The project has been highly praised by Pakistani customers and greatly encouraged the confidence of HWAPENG technicians.
HWAPENG designed and manufactured the hydraulic tilting electric heating cathode paste kneader for the electrolytic cell overhaul plant of a large aluminum plant in the Middle East. It is another successful case for HWAPENG kneader to go to the international market and adapt to the special production process abroad.
“Hydraulic Tilting "is a special discharging type of HWAPENG kneader, which is suitable for kneading raw materials and production environment with low environmental protection requirements, as well as special working conditions such as side discharge and space restriction. This type of kneader is currently used in the special graphite production line of Shandong Basan carbon plant, which has stable working condition, less maintenance and good paste quality.
The vibration molding machine developed and produced by HWAPENG is installed and used in Jinan Haichuan Carbon Co., Ltd. for the production of prebaked anode.
HP-EVC series extrusion vibrocompactor is mainly used for the production of prebaked anode. Our company apply the guide mechanism of extruder to the anode vibration molding machine. The vibration molding machine is equipped with a vacuum system, which is simple in structure, easy to maintain, accurate in counterweight and top mold positioning, and small in four corner height difference of the product, effectively increasing the volume density of anode block.
The second generation of 15MN new press researched and developed by HWAPENG adopts horizontal structure of three beams and four columns, fixed single material chamber, horizontal tamping, horizontal extrusion mode, and directly driven by oil pump. It can be used in carbon industry. The raw material paste kneaded from the hot state is cooled to about 110 ℃ and then tamped, compacted (pre-pressed) to form green graphite electrode with dense cross-section and no internal defects. It is a special equipment for mass production of carbon products. It has the characteristics of high integration, modularization, easy maintenance, high reliability and less labor.
Jinzhong Hongxing Carbon Co., Ltd. uses HWAPENG 4000L high efficiency preheating kneading cooling system to produce graphite electrode.
The high-efficiency preheating kneading cooling system is equipped with a new-type high-temperature tank, a high-efficiency high-temperature mixing blade, a safety monitoring system for rotary joint, a new sealing device for the shaft end of the mixing blade, a safety protection device for the mixing blade, a real-time monitoring system for the mixing blade, a uniform pitch cutting device, a transmission system with strong bearing capacity and reliable operation, a convenient replacement of lining plates, an accurate temperature measuring device, etc. to ensure the operation of equipment is efficient, stable and reliable.
The system has better preheating effect and higher production efficiency, especially suitable for the production of graphite electrode products.
