HWAPENG designed and manufactured the hydraulic tilting electric heating cathode paste kneader for the electrolytic cell overhaul plant of a large aluminum plant in the Middle East. It is another successful case for HWAPENG kneader to go to the international market and adapt to the special production process abroad.
“Hydraulic Tilting “is a special discharging type of HWAPENG kneader, which is suitable for kneading raw materials and production environment with low environmental protection requirements, as well as special working conditions such as side discharge and space restriction. This type of kneader is currently used in the special graphite production line of Shandong Basan carbon plant, which has stable working condition, less maintenance and good paste quality.
1、 Precisely control the heating temperature.
The wall panel around the tank body and the arc bottom of the tank of the kneader are all heated by a special electric heating plate. Heating is controlled by PLC, PID (proportional integral differential) heating control mode is adopted, heating and heat preservation are carried out in sections and periods, which can realize high-speed heating, uniform heating, accurate temperature control, efficient, energy-saving and scientific production and operation.
2、 Suitable to local conditions and hydraulic tilting
In order to facilitate the flexible use of the workshop, HWAPENG has designed an improved discharging mode of hydraulic tilting for the workshop, which can automatically open and close the discharging top cover, so that the discharging is fast, no residue, easy to operate and safe to use.
