Application of 6000L preheater and kneader in prebaked anode industry

Fushun Aluminum Co., Ltd. uses 6 sets of 6000L preheater machines and 6000L kneader of HWAPENG for prebaked anode paste preparation.

Fushun Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 1936, is the first electrolytic aluminum plant in China. At the beginning of 2006, it joined Chalco and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chalco. At present, Fu aluminum is making every effort to develop carbon and make excellent commercial anode. After transformation, the carbon production line now has a production capacity of 180000 tons of carbon anode and all the production anodes are sold abroad. A new 350000 tons of carbon anode production line will be built. After completion, the total production capacity of Fu aluminum commercial anode will reach 530000 tons / year.

Shandong Chuangxin Carbon Materials Co., Ltd. uses 10 sets of 6000L double-layer preheating kneaders of HWAPENG for the paste production of prebaked anode.

Shandong Chuangxin Carbon Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sunstone Development Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 600000 tons of prebaked anode.
